Completed in 2021, a dated 1960's rancher was reimagined and completely transformed into a modern and sophisticated 6,500SF private residence. This luxurious home features new board-formed concrete retaining walls, redwood and shou sugi ban wall cladding, standing seam metal roofing, and a simplified and open floor plan that make it perfect for entertaining and relaxing alike.
